Man. I've seen okgo 5 times, but one of them was pre-Burleigh. So four. Four glorious times. And while I love okgo, they were not the same without a Burleigh.

He's awesome and you really get to see that when you're around him! (I was there while Melissa interviewed him and he made my face hurt from smiling so much!) He just rocks!

aside from seeing him rock out in concert and meeting him afterwards 3 times, i did get to
sit down next to burleigh while melissa got to interview him in lawrence, ks at the buffalo
wings restaurant. GOOD TIMES! he had me laughing and smiling so much! he is one funny awesome man! (still waiting to hear that interview again. hehe.)

to me he is IN the band. even though he says he's not officially in the band, i say he is! he rocks just as hard! he'll never just be "that guy." he's more than that!

*At a Seattle show, I was lucky enough to have him sign my shirt and I
mentioned his dancing on stage saying, "It's people that rock out like you
that make this all worthwhile." Must've been something he liked to hear, cuz
he got very smiley. I decided against mentioning the backstreet boys
dancing, though. But yay for hugs.

Because Burleigh is so damn awesome and entertaining to watch. When he walks onto the stage, it's like the heavens part and god himself, is shining a light on the Burleigh man.

My first experience with Burleigh was the 3rd time I had seen Ok Go. It was at the El Rey show when they opened with the Donnas. I was singing along as the band was playing "Return" and I looked over at Burleigh (of course) when I noticed that he was looking in my direction. I was staring at him for at least a good 5 seconds when I realized that he was looking at me too!!! The stare-off was getting to rich for my blood so I finally had to break the gaze. (We had a moment)
The 2nd time was after the free UCLA show. My friends and I asked Tim what the keyboardist's name was. Tim said it was Burleigh. I made my way over to him and took a pic. with him. I was wearing a Vandals shirt, and he said he liked my shirt. I said thank you. We also talked about the taping for Mad tv that they would be doing that night. And we both laughed about the fact that we never really watched the show. He was awesome, and the most Coolio guy

At first he was just "that guy" but now me and my "possie" consider him to be a definate member of Ok Go. One of the greatest bands alive!!!

2. come on. it's burleigh. this is ridiculous. there is absolutely no reason to count the ways one can love that boy. he's just too magnificent and burleighish to be summed up in a few short sentences.

ok so. it's the valentine's day show. and I give him candy. and then get a picture with him. and then my concert buddy niki gets a picture with him. but burleigh says: "oh I think I blinked... we better get another picture." awwww. so we take another one, and I'm thinking he probably didn't blink... but when the pictures come back. AWWWW HE DID. and it's SO PRECIOUS. awwwwwww. burleigh blinking picture = beautiful.

I think if he isn't included in the band now, he will someday. and if he isn't I think burleigh should go solo and tour the tambourine dance, because that would fucking own me.
